I retired from the Hot Springs Police Department in 1996 due to health reasons. While employed at the HSPD, I received numerous citations and attended numerous schools and training courses. I received the Arkansas Senior Law Enforcement Certificate, and was graduated as Honor Graduate from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy. I compiled over thirteen hundred hours in various training courses, and obtained an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Further, I was voted "Man of the Year" in 1996 by the annual citywide poll conducted annually by the Hot Springs Sentinel Record Newspaper. In 1992, I was inducted into the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps Hall of Fame at the Headquarters and Training Center, U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps, Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

I presently hold a Private Investigators License from the State of Arkansas, and perform consultations and investigations in those matters which are of particular interest.

In as much as I was the Narcotics Investigator who initiated and conducted the Narcotics Investigation Case against Roger Clinton and several other prominent individuals, which resulted in the convictions of Roger Clinton, Sam Anderson Jr, a prominent local attorney, Dan Lassiter, a friend and financier of Bill Clinton's, and Maurice Rodriquez, the Colombian Cartel Cocaine connection. I am presently writing a true narrative, in book form, concerning narcotics work in general with the Clinton Case being the main theme of the book.
